MAYVILLE – Two Jamestown men will serve time in prison after being sentenced Monday in Chautauqua County Court.
District Attorney David Foley’s office says 20 year-old JustinMcLaughlin of Jamestown was sentenced to two to six years in state prison for burglary in the 3rd degree. The charge stems from a burglary that took place in Dunkirk in September 2013.
Also sentenced was 25 year-old Julian Johnson of Jamestown. He will serve 3 years in state prison after being found guilty of possessing two ounces of crack cocaine during an arrest in Jamestown back in 2012.
