JAMESTOWN – City police arrested two Jamestown men after an investigation into sales and trafficking of crack cocaine in the area.
Investigators with Jamestown Police and State Police executed a search warrant at 847 Lafayette Street Thursday morning, which led to the arrest of 29-year-old Laval Johnson and 25-year-old Antonio Sanders.
Police say they found a quantity of crack cocaine and cash during the arrest. Johnson was charged with one felony count of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Sanders was taken in on two outstanding warrants for failing to appear in court on a contempt charge. Both men were to be arraigned Friday in city court.
