JAMESTOWN – The three individuals allegedly involved with an arson fire at a Jamestown residence have now been indicted on related-charges.
The Jamestown police department is reporting that 30 year-old Jimmy Graves and 25 year-old Jonathan Fields, both of Jamestown – along with a 16 year-old from Buffalo – have each been indicted for second degree arson, second degree burglary and second degree criminal mischief by a Chautauqua County Grand Jury.
The charges stem from an incident that took place on April 30 at 19 Pearl Ave. with the three men accused of entering the home, taking several items and causing damage before setting the apartment on fire and leaving the scene. They were all eventually arrested following an investigation by the Jamestown Police Department.
All three are being held in the Chautauqua County Jail, with bail set at $100,000 for two of the suspects and $150,000 for the third.
