Several individuals will be spending time in Prison after being sentenced this week in Chautauqua County Court, including three residents from Chautauqua County.
According to District Attorney David Foley, 28 year-old Deion Carr of Jamestown was sentenced to 6 year state prison for attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the 2nd degree. Also, 32 year-old Adam Kidd of Jamestown was sentenced to 5 years in state prison for robbery in the 2nd degree. And 23 year old Glenn J. Hurrell of Forestville was sentenced to 2-6 years in state prison for burglary 3rd consecutive to 1-3 years in state prison for two counts of criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree.
