JAMESTOWN – Jamestown Police arrested three men on drug charges after a traffic stop Thursday evening.
City Police say officers pulled over a vehicle at the intersection of Strong and Fulton streets at about 8 p.m. May 11 for an observed vehicle and traffic violation. Inside, police reportedly seized a quantity of crystal methamphetamine and a hypodermic needle.
Three men were arrested on related charges. They were identified as 28-year-old Casey Saeger of Jamestown and 24 year-old Robert Wappat and 30 year-old Martin Wenzell, both of Mayville. All three were all charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument.
