JAMESTOWN – Three Jamestown residents face drug charges after officers attempted to serve a warrant on Saturday at 218 Fulton St.
City police attempted to serve a warrant to Jamestown resident Tiffany Mahoney, who allegedly tried to run from officers into the upper apartment when they arrived at her home.
Officers followed and found her in the apartment with two other individual – 22 year-old Jacob Trippy and 34 year-old Wallace Peck. A subsequent investigation revealed the apartment to contain suspected methamphetamine and paraphernalia as well as a quantify of heroin and about $3500 cash.
All three individuals were charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (a class B felony) and criminal using drug paraphernalia and were taken to the City Jail to await arraignment.
