BROCTON – Three people have been charged by sheriff deputies for allegedly running a meth lab in Brocton.
Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies said they were called to a home in the Ellicott Estates mobile home park in Brocton Saturday morning to check in on a resident of the home. While there, they saw a meth lab inside the home.
Charged with illegally making meth were 35 year-old Austin Syper, 40 year-old Brian Saden and 29 year-old Susan Spontaneo, who all lived in the home. Deputies said additional felony charges will be filed. The suspects were charged and sent to the county jail.
