JAMESTOWN – A 19 year-old Jamestown mother faces charges child endangerment charges after being arrested for drug possession on Friday.
Following an investigation, city police obtained a search warrant for a home at 15 Stowe St. apartment. At about 6 a.m. Friday officers went to the home and discovered a quantity of morphine pills, methadone and marijuana. A 10 month old child was also in the home.
Police charged 19 year-old Victoria Rosier with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful possession of marijuana. She is awaiting arraignment at the city jail.
