Sinclairville Man Arrested on Child Molestation Charges

SINCLAIRVILLE – A Sinclairville man is facing charges related to child molestation.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s office says 53-year-old Randy Daughenbaugh was arrested Tuesday after allegedly facilitating a sexual act and making inappropriate physical contact with two children under the age of 11. The alleged incident too place in April.

Following an investigation by the Sheriff’s Office, Child Protective Services and the Child Advocacy Program of Chautauqua County, Daughenbaugh was picked up on a warrant and charged with two counts of use of a child in a sexual performance, four counts of first-degree sexual abuse and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned and sent to the county jail on $50,000 bail.
