SINCLAIRVILLE – The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office has finally captured the Sinclairville man who escaped from custody last week during an appearance in Town of Charlotte Court.
Sheriff Joe Gerace says deputies and State Parole officers found 34 year-old Jacob Raynor hiding in a crawl space under the floor of his house in Sinclairville.
Raynor was taken into custody without incident and returned to the county jail.
