“Pay What You Can” seats to be sold at select events at Reg Lenna Center for The Arts beginning with An Evening with Groucho this Saturday.
A limited number of “Pay What You Can” seats will be sold for An Evening with Groucho on October 17 at 8 p.m. at Reg Lenna Center for The Arts through a partnership with Jamestown Renaissance Corporation. To purchase these seats, customers may begin lining up at the Spring Street entrance to The Reg (next to The Jamestown Gazette) at 7 p.m. These seats will be sold person, first come first served, cash only.
Director of Marketing & Communications, Len Barry emphasizes the importance of community outreach, “The movies and events we offer each year have wide appeal to the general public and our ticket prices are set so that anyone who wants to come in through our doors is able to do so. Our movie tickets are only $5 and many of our live events have child admissions as low as $10. With a ‘Pay What You Can’ admission, patrons who are curious about The Reg can experience world-class entertainment without taking a financial risk. They literally choose their own price.”
An Evening with Groucho stars Broadway actor Frank Ferrante as the famous comedian Groucho Marx. The live show features renditions of Marx’s famous songs, tales of performing with The Marx Brothers and a lot of audience interaction. “Pay What You Can” seats will be offered for more Reg Presents shows in the future.
