JAMESTOWN – Chautauqua County Executive Vince Horrigan will hold a public hearing on the County’s Shared Services Plan Thursday, Aug. 31 in Jamestown. The plan is part of Governor Andrew Cuomo’s 2017 Countywide Shared Services Initiative (CWSSI), which involves nine county’s competing for a $20 million grant to help consolidate local government services.
The hearings will be held on at 6:30 p.m. in the Chautauqua County IDA Board Room, inside the BWB Building 201 W. Third St. in Jamestown.
The hearing will include a brief presentation of projects and an opportunity for county citizens to ask questions and give input on the plan.
