JAMESTOWN – The Prendergast Library Board of Trustees will meet Thursday afternoon.
The meeting will be the first for the board since city residents rejected the library’s $850,000 funding initiative earlier this month.
Because the library has not posted or distributed an agenda for Thursdsay meeting, it’s unknown if board members plan to discuss what the next course of action will be in regard to closing a looming budget gap for 2017, now that the funding initiative has failed.
The meeting is open to the public. It begins at 5:15 p.m. at the library.
