JAMESTOWN – Jamestown police have charged a student with possession of heroin and marijuana following an investigation at Jamestown High School.
City police say the arrest took place on Thursday just after 8 a.m. when the Jamestown school resource officer was approached by a 15-year-old student who allegedly had a strong odor of marijuana. The SRO searched the student and found marijuana and three separate bags of heroin, along with an undisclosed quantity of cash. The student was charged as a juvenile through Chautauqua County Family Court.
