JAMESTOWN – The Jamestown Post-Journal says some issues still need to be resolved before the Jamestown Planning Commission is ready to vote on a site plan for the proposed addition to Northwest Arena.
On Tuesday, the commission held a discussing on what needs to be done before the expansion project can start, which includes final approval of site plans.
On Monday the city council held a public hearing on the sale of the city-owned land located south of the arena, which is necessary for the expansion to occur. But the sale is contingent on the Planning Commission approving the site plan for the addition project.
Because of some unresolved questions and issues a special planning commission meeting was scheduled for 4:15 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 6.
