JAMESTOWN – A couple reportedly from Olean, NY face several charges, including five counts of child endangerment and unlawful imprisonment, after being arrested early Thursday morning on Jamestown’s north side.
Jamestown police say officers were called to the area of 20 W. 12th street at about 1:30 a.m. Thursday for a report of a domestic violence incident. An investigation revealed that 35 year-old Benjamin Fuller and his wife, 34 year-old Adriane Fuller, had been involved in an altercation with a resident at the address. Officers say the couple allegedly struck a female victim and prevented her from leaving, adding that the incident occurred in the presence of five children.
Benjamin Fuller was arrested on charges related to child endangerment, strangulation, unlawful imprisonment and criminal mischief. Adriane Fuller also faces child endangerment charges, along with a charge of 2nd degree harassment. The two are being held in the city jail awaiting arraignment.
