JAMESTOWN – Several city officials and local developers will be making a redevelopment announcement in Jamestown later today. Chautauqua County Legislator Lori Cornell, along with local developers Gary Proctor and Andrew Jarrett will be joined by Peter Lombardi of the Jamestown Renaissance Corporation and Mayor Sam Teresi to announce the plans to convert a former rental property to owner occupied status. The property is located at 16 Dewey Place in Jamestown. Cornell says the event is being held to praise the developers for leading by example. A press conference with the developers and officials will take place at 2 p.m..
