DUNKIRK – Nine people were taken into custody for methamphetamine and heroin-related crimes following a raid in Dunkirk.
Dunkirk City Police say the raid took place at 36 W. Fourth St. Thursday afternoon. During the raid, eight individuals were found in the residence, along with quantities of materials and equipment allegedly used to manufacture methamphetamine, as well as scales, packaging materials and evidence of heroin and methamphetamine use.
Other items allegedly seized included quantities of heroin, hydrocodone, assorted other controlled substance pills, hypodermic needles, chemical re-agents, solvents and toxic waste byproducts.
Eight people face charges related to manufacturing meth. They were 24 year-old Frederick Gutekunst; 45 year-old Robert Kaczor, Sr.; 21 year-old Robert Kaczor, Jr.; 44 year-old Wendy Kaczor; and 19 year-old Shelby Esperson, all residents of 36 W. Fourth St. Also charged on were 22 year-old Sean Korzenski of Dunkirk; 36 year-old Sean Henry of Silver Creek; and 22 year-old Aron Sikes of Fredonia.
Also charged with 34 year-old Brian Lidlow of Dunkirk, who was charged on outstanding warrants when he showed up at the residence while officers were present.
All were held without bail pending arraignment and were still being processed at press time.

It’s about time…keep taking them down. Even though it’s an epidemic in society today, it’s still one less meth lab up and running. Sad thing is they will be out before you know it!
