JAMESTOWN – The arbitration hearing between the city of Jamestown and the Kendall Club Police Benevolent Association police union has been rescheduled for April 12-13. That’s according to Jamestown Mayor Sam Teresi, who delivered the news to the Jamestown City Council on Monday night.
The arbitration hearing was originally scheduled for Feb. 12-13, but was postponed indefinitely by the three-member arbitration panel.
The city’s police union has been working without a new contract since Jan. 1, 2016.
