The name of the man who died in a Utility Terrain Vehicle accident has been released.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office said that 64-year old William Shreve of Westfield is the man who died after his UTV went off the road and into a tree on Dye Road in the town of Villenova Saturday night.
