Local jams, jellies, maple products, honey and home ground flours that will be available at the winter market starting this Thursday, November 1 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Dr. Lillian Vitanza Ney Renaissance Center.
JAMESTOWN – The Downtown Jamestown Development Corporation has announced new operating hours for the weekly Downtown Jamestown Winter Market. The market will remain open every Thursday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. through January 31.
A free live canning demonstration will be provided during today’s market from noon to 1 p.m.. Sharon Reed will provide an informational seminar on the proper techniques to can local tomatoes and potatoes. The demonstration is open to the public. Handouts will be provided.
Metered parking is available along Foundry Alley and in the parking lot behind the Renaissance Center. Free parking is available in front of the Renaissance Center.
