JAMESTOWN – The 2012 United Way Campaign has raised $712,166 so far this year, or 54 percent of the $1,310,000 million goal. Campaign Chair Vince Horrigan says that even though the holiday season is upon us, he is still urging residents not to forget about the services of the United Way.
The United Way Campaign runs through the end of the year, with workplace campaigns wrapping up at the end of November. Money raised through the annual campaign goes to support 19 partner agencies and 44 programs in southern Chautauqua County.
