FREDONIA – Jamestown Mayor Sam Teresi is throwing his support behind the Democratic candidate for county executive. On Monday, Teresi announced his endorsement of Fredonia businessman Ron Johnson. In a media release from the Johnson campaign, Teresi stated that Johnson has real life experience at making a living wage payroll, supplying benefits to his employees and knows what it takes to create jobs during challenging economic times.
Johnson is facing republican legislator Vince Horrigan of Bemus Point in this year’s race for county executive. The election is Tuesday, November 5th and the polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Voters should visit www.votechautauqua.com to determine their voting status and polling place.
