SINCLAIRVILLE – The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s office says a 14-year old teenager is allegedly responsible for setting a fire that destroyed a home in the Sinclairville area on Tuesday night. Sheriff deputies say the Sinclairville Fire Department was called to a house fire at 36-88 Sager Rd. in the town of Ellery shortly after 8:30 p.m. Tuesday.
All the resident’s in the home were able to get out without injury, although one firefighter sustained a minor head injury while battling the blaze. Following the fire the house was a total loss.
Following an investigation, deputies say a 14 year-old female started the fire. The teen – who’s name is not being released because of her age – is being held pending further court action.
Sinclairville was assisted at the scene by Cassadaga, Ellery Center, Ellington, Fluvanna, Gerry and Stockton Fire Departments. The Southwestern NY American Red Cross Disaster Action Team is providing disaster relief for the family, including temporary housing, clothing, and meals are services.

I feel like ( David tharaeparambil) the owner of the house never said anything about this young girls father this would not have happened and he know how her feelings toward her father this WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENEED AT ALL most likely this man had to be saying some bad things about this young girls father to make her do something like this
