JAMESTOWN – Jamestown Public School officials have finalized their selection for School Superintendent and will act on the appointment during a special meeting tonight. The new superintendent will replace outgoing superintendent Daniel “Deke” Kathman, who announced in January he would be retiring at the end of this school year. The school board is holding off on announcing the name of the individual until the night of the meeting. Tonight’s meeting begins at 7 p.m. and is open to the public.
