JAMESTOWN – The owner of a food-delivery business in Jamestown has been arrested and charged for allegedly selling drugs with food deliveries. City police say 50 year old Jack E. Kincaid of Jamestown faces charges of criminal sale of marijuana, criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal nuisance. Police charged him early Thursday afternoon following an investigation into the sale of drugs from Avenue Subs – located at 212 Fairmount Avenue. The investigation began after complaints were received from citizens regarding the illegal sales of marijuana and narcotics from the business. The investigation is ongoing and more arrests and charges are expected. Anyone who may have information on the illegal sales of narcotics is asked to contact the Jamestown Police Department’s anonymous tip line at 483-8477.
