STOCKTON – A Stockton man was sent to the hospital late Monday night after he was the passenger in a one-vehicle accident.
Sheriff deputies say 20 year old Spencer Burke was the passenger in a car driven by 20 year Jeremy Burke, also of Stockton. Police say Jeremy Burke was traveling along Cummings Rd. in the town of Stockton just before 11:30 p.m. Monday his vehicle left the road and struck a metal culvert, launching it into the air. The vehicle then hit a small tree and landed in a ditch. Spencer Burke had to be flow to the Hamot Hospital in Erie for non-life threatening injuries. Jeremy Burke was not seriously hurt.
Police say no charges are pending at this time and the Stockton Fire Dept. assisted at the scene.
