JAMESTOWN – This week the Chautauqua County Humane Society is featuring all its black or black and white pets. In conjunction with the 2nd Chances Thrift Store’s “Christmas in July” event, the humane society is having its own “Black Pet Friday” (and Saturday). All cats and dogs that are black or black and white will have their adoption fees waived on Friday, July 27 and Saturday, July 28.
