MORNING NEWS: Humane Society to Hold “Black Friday” Event, Waives Fees on Select Dogs and Cats

July 26, 2012 By WRFA Radio 1 Comment

Jack is one of the cats at the humane society who’s adoption fee is being waived for this weekend (July 27-28).

JAMESTOWN – This week the Chautauqua County Humane Society is featuring all its black or black and white pets. In conjunction with the 2nd Chances Thrift Store’s “Christmas in July” event, the humane society is having its own “Black Pet Friday” (and Saturday). All cats and dogs that are black or black and white will have their adoption fees waived on Friday, July 27 and Saturday, July 28. So if you have been thinking about adding a new member to the family, now is a great time. Check out what is available on our website – www.spcapets.com or come to the Strunk Road Adoption Center to find that new best friend!
