JAMESTOWN – The Fenton Historical Society’s first summer walking tour of Jamestown this year is of the “old Northside” of Jamestown, now our greater downtown.
From Fourth St. to the Chadakoin River, attendees will learn about the people and businesses that thrived in the city from the early 1800s to the 1950s. This Saturday May 25th at 1 p.m., starting at the Fenton History Center, 67 Washington St. The tour will be led by Gesele Koehler, a long time Fenton Museum Teacher. The tour is approximately 2 hours long and will end back at the Fenton History Center.
