DUNKIRK – Congressman Tom Reed (R-Corning) is announcing an upcoming Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) workshop in Dunkirk to help local fire departments and EMS organizations better care for and meet their firefighting and emergency response needs and enhance those capabilities. The workshop is being held in conjunction with the Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG) Program.
Regional FEMA grant specialists will be on hand to offer information to local fire departments and nonaffiliated EMS organizations on how to navigate the application process and identify and utilize the resources available to them.
