CHAUTAUQUA – An Erie man had a rough night after a motorcycle accident in the town of Chautauqua not only sent him to the hospital, but also resulted in multiple charges being filled against him. Chautauqua County Sheriff Deputies say 40 year old Todd Dellahoy of Erie was riding his motorcylce just after 10 p.m. on Stockton-Hartfield Road. Dellahoy was traveling northeast at an unreasonable speed and went off the shoulder of the roadway and eventually slide out of control, striking a utility pole. Dellahoy was flown to the Hamot Medical Center by Starflight Helicopter and has since been listed in stable condition.Dellahoy was also charged with DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Unlawful possession of marijuana, and other traffic infractions. He will answer the charges in Chautauqua Town Court at a later date.
