MAYVILLE – The Chautauqua County legislature will begin its January committee meetings today in Mayville. At 4 p.m., the county Public Facilities committee will meet in room 331 of the Gerace Office Building.
Among the items on the agenda are a presentation about the Frewsburg Central School community clean up project. The panel will also review several resolutions, including re-appointments of legislators Fred Crosscut and Shaun Heenan to the Chautauqua County Soil & Water Conservation District Board and the appointment of John Churchill to the Chautauqua County Airport Commission.
The committee will also review a resolution calling for the removal of County Owned Timber from Properties in the Towns of Ripley and Arkwright.
