The 133rd Annual Chautauqua County Fair kicks off this morning at the fairgrounds in Dunkirk. Gates open at 9 a.m. with midway rides starting at 1 p.m. Online ticket sales available now $6.00 per ticket. The fair runs through Sunday, July 28.
