JAMESTOWN – The Audubon Center and Sanctuary is giving local residents an alternative option to buying things on Black Friday. The organization is inviting the public to spend time with family and friends and make some great gifts and memories at its facility on Riverside Rd.
Anyone who stops by on Friday and pays the regular admission fee will not only get access to Audubon’s exhibits, but also the opportunity to participate in a variety of “Don’t Buy It, Make It” workshops. Through these workshops, visitors can learn how use materials already on hand and make them into gifts for the holidays.
The Audubon is located at 1600 Riverside Road, one-quarter mile east of Route 62 between Jamestown and Warren. To learn more about the Center and its many programs, call (716) 569-2345 or visit www.jamestownaudubon.org.
