JAMESTOWN – The Mental Health Association in Chautauqua County is announcing a membership drive to help raise funding for its programming and services.
The “Recovering Lives, Saving Families” campaign is now underway with local residents being encouraged to donate to the organization, which is located in the Gateway Center on Water St. in Jamestown.
The MHA is staffed by recovery coaches, trained individuals who are recovering from mental health diagnosis or substance abuse. They offer one-on-one meetings for residents dealing with drug addiction, as well as more than two dozen peer support groups and classes.
