JAMESTOWN – Erie, Pennsylvania-based Jodi S. Hopper and Elena Thomas from Birmingham, England will display their art in a new show, Worn, in 3rd on 3rd Gallery at Reg Lenna Center for The Arts in Jamestown from March 23 through April 30. A public artists reception will be on Saturday, March 28 at 7pm. An Artist Salon with Hopper will be open to the public on Wednesday, April 22 at 7pm.
Both artists work extensively in textiles, giving fabric, clothing, masks and more new life and meaning. Hopper was featured in Women Create in 2012 and 2014. Thomas was one of a group of artists from the United Kingdom to display their work in last year’s show, Colonize at both 3rd on 3rd Gallery and Dykeman-Young Gallery.

Shows at 3rd on 3rd Gallery are made possible by grant support from New York State Council On The Arts.
3rd On 3rd Gallery is open Monday through Friday from 10am until 4pm when exhibits are offered. Private viewings may be scheduled by calling 664-2465, ext. 227. Additional evening and weekend hours will be posted online at reglenna.com.
