BEMUS POINT – Chautauqua County Sheriff deputies have arrested a Lockport man for allegedly breaking into the Italian Fisherman Restaurant in Bemus Point.
Sheriff deputies say the burglary incident took place On June 18, with the business being broken into and property being stolen. A Subsequent investigation into the incident found that 26 year-old Aaron Moore had allegedly entered the business and removed property without the permission of the owner.
On July 21 Moore appeared in Town of Ellery Court and charged with 3rd degree Burglary and petit larceny. After arraignment was committed to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of bail.
