WRFA Public Affairs Director Jason Sample talks with Jamestown Mayor Sam Teresi and discusses the recently awarded $10 million New York State Downtown Revitalization Initiative grant. In addition the mayor gives an update on the 2017 budget process, including whether or not the city will seek any profit payments from the its Board of Public Utilities, as it has done in the past.
