[LISTEN] Suspect Connected to Barrows St. Double Homicide Now in Custody

JAMESTOWN, NY – Jamestown, NY Police Chief Harry Snellings and Chautauqua County First Assistant District Attorney John Zuroski hold a press conference to update the public on a double homicide that took place at 235 Barrows St. in the city during the morning of Dec. 8, 2015.

According to Chief Snelling, Allen P. Witruke was apprehended Tuesday afternoon by police in Olean, NY.

The press conference took place at 4 p.m. the same day.

According to city police, investigators say the 51 year-old Witruke was wanted for his alleged involvement into the double homicide.  No other details into the incident – including the names of the victims or the circumstances involving the homicide – have been released.

Anyone who may have information into incident is asked to call the Jamestown Police Department at (716) 483-7530.
