WRFA Public Affairs Director Jason Sample talks with Todd Tranum, executive director of the Chautauqua County Chamber of Commerce / Manufacturers Association of the Southern Tier. Tranum talks about some of the services the chamber provides, as well as some of the concerns the organization has with the Board of Public Utilities sharing profits with the city of Jamestown, as well as with the New York State proposal to establish a 12-week paid family leave policy for all employers.
