WRFA public affairs director Jason Sample talks with Jamestown Mayor Sam Teresi about some of the challenges the city is facing as he continues to prepare his executive budget for FY 2018. The budget deadline is Oct. 8.
The mayor also provides an update on the annexation effort by the ciShaty of a piece of property owned by the Board of Public Utilities and located in the village of Falconer.
And we ask the mayor his thoughts on the proposed Constitutional Convention and what benefits, if any, it would have for local government in New York State.
