WRFA public affairs director Jason Sample talks with Jamestown Mayor Sam Teresi the 2018 city budget proposal that he released and presented to the Jamestown City Council on Oct. 10. The budget contains $35.7 million in spending, but also includes a deficit of $947,000 and property tax increase of 0.88 percent.
