WRFA Public Affairs Director Jason Sample interviews Jamestown Mayor Sam Teresi to discuss the final numbers of the 2017 city budget, which yielded a surplus. In addition, the mayor reacts to the passage of the New York State budget and what impact it will have on the city, as well as the proposal to relocate the CARTS public transportation hub in the city from the Gateway Train Station / National Comedy Center to another yet-to-be-determined location.
