Tracy is correct about Tom Reed not caring about the hard working people of the 23rd district. He raises a lot of money from entities outside of the district and he spends a lot of that money to wine and dine deep pocket donors. To show how out of touch he is with his constituents take for example the $172,000 his campaign has spent this election cycle under the category of “catering.” One particular restaurant in Washington DC has received over $19,000 from Reed’s campaign. Tom Reed is waist deep in the special interest swamp of Washington. For eight years Reed has ignored the Southern Tier. It is time for a change and Tracy Mitrano is that Change.
