Many of us with limited funds seem to have been left out of a Block Grant. So many days I have been tempted to walk away from my home. Let the City deal with it. The elderly have the most difficulty and many of us end of in nursing homes which are $11,000 a month for an individual. I think the County & the State would rather pay for nursing home care than help seniors keep their property.
