Jamestown Mayor Sam Teresi talks with WRFA public affairs director Jason Sample about the 2016-17 New York State budget and its impact on the city of Jamestown. Teresi explained that while there were some items in the state budget that do benefit Jamestown and the county, there also could have been more in the way of state aid, which has remained flat in recent years and is actually lower now than it was eight years ago.
