Chautauqua County Executive Vince Horrigan delivers the 2015 State of the County Address before the Chautauqua County Legislature. Horrigan used the annual address to call for an increase in the local share of the Sales Tax in an effort to close a multimillion dollar budget gap and provide Property Tax relief to county property owners.
In addition, he talked about several other challenges facing the county and his plan to address them, including a growing jail population improving both tourism and business development.
