Chautauqua County Executive Vince Horrigan (R-Bemus Point) presents his 2017 executive budget to the Chautauqua County Legislature during its September meeting, Wednesday, Sept. 28. Following the presentation, Horrigan answered follow up questions from the media, including WRFA’s Jason Sample, WJTN’s Terry Frank, and the Post-Journal’s Jimmy McCarthy.
