Dr. George Carlo
JAMESTOWN – Jamestown High School has named its speaker for its 2014 Commencement ceremony, set to take place later this month at Chautauqua Institution.
Dr. George Carlo from the Detroit Tigers will address this year’s graduates. Dr. Carlo is a 1971 Jamestown High School graduate and is currently in his tenth season as Performance Coach for the Detroit Tigers. He also is the present Board Chairman at Secrets of Champions, Ltd.
Jamestown High School’s Commencement Ceremony will be held on Friday, June 20 at 7 p.m. in the Chautauqua Institution Amphitheater. JHS Baccalaureate will be held on Thursday, June 19 at 7 p.m. at SS Peter and Paul Church.
