JAMESTOWN, NY – City police are continuing their investigation into the robbery of a downtown bank that took place late Friday afternoon.
Police say an unknown white male suspect reportedly robbed the First Niagara Bank at the corner of Spring and E. Fourth Streets on Friday afternoon at about 4:30 p.m. The suspect reportedly demanded and received cash from a teller before fleeing on foot in an unknown direction. No weapon was displayed during the incident and no injuries were reported.
The suspect is a white male, and was last seen wearing a flannel shirt and baseball cap.
